Welcome to our new NWS<\/span>–Pre<\/span>FAB<\/span><\/em><\/strong> website. Recently, we have focused upon the development and manufacturing of cold-formed steel (CFS) panelized systems. This is the result of having spent 50 years working with all types of building materials in the construction industry.<\/p>\n

As a result, we have seen the typical materials (wood), become less viable. Cold-formed steel (CFS) is the future of the housing industry along with factory panelization. Steel delivers a superior built structure, 5 times stronger than wood, it does not burn, mold, rot, twist, and termites and carpenter ants can not devour it. Steel will remain dimensionally stable for its entire life.<\/p>\n

However, we still design and engineer predominately wood residential structures utilizing today\u2019s state-of-the-art engineered wood products and connectors.<\/p>\n

Beginning in 1975, embarking upon the lifelong journey in the field of Architecture and Engineering (A&E). That journey has taken us all over the planet. We are consultants so we don’t have ties to builders, contractors, or suppliers. That is important, because it means our objective is to develop A&E designs, plans, and specifications for our clients first and foremost.
